Understanding Repackz Statuses in Collectibles.com

When you redeem your cards through Repackz, your order goes through several status stages. Here’s what each status means and what you can expect at each step:

🟡 Pending

This is the initial stage.

Your redemption request has been received, but the invoice for shipping, handling, and sales tax hasn’t been generated yet. No action is needed from you until the invoice is created.

🕒 Waiting for Payment

The invoice has been created.

This means you now need to pay the shipping, handling, and any applicable sales tax fees. Your package will not be processed for shipping until this payment is completed.

Payment has been successfully received.

At this point, your package is being prepared and processed for shipment.

📦 Shipped

Your package has been sent out!

Once your order reaches this status, a tracking number should be available in your Repackz order details.

Delivered

Your package has been delivered to the address provided.

Canceled

This status means the redemption was canceled before payment was made.

Important:

Once an invoice has been paid, the order cannot be canceled. Make sure to only cancel before submitting payment.


Repackz™ by Collectibles.com is an odds-based game of chance utilizing algorithms to ensure true randomization and fairness. Any item sold back to the platform via the Buyback option is immediately returned to the active item pool and eligible for continued draws by all Repackz players. As a result of the randomization process, it is possible—particularly in extended Repackz play sessions—for the same item(s) previously sold back to be pulled again within a 24-hour period. This is a normal outcome of established probabilities and does not reflect any irregularity.
