How Do I Cancel a Shipment for My Repackz™?

If you’ve redeemed a repack and changed your mind about shipping, you can cancel it—but only if the invoice hasn’t been paid yet.

🚫 When can I cancel shipping?

You can only cancel a shipment before the invoice is paid.

Once payment is made, the shipment is locked in and can no longer be canceled.

🛑 Steps to cancel a shipment:

Go to the Repackz tab in your account.
Find the package you redeemed.
Click on "Cancel Shipment".

That’s it! If the cancellation is successful, the package will no longer be processed for shipping, and no fees will be charged.

🔒 After Payment

If you’ve already paid the invoice:

The order cannot be canceled.
It will move forward in the shipping process.

Any item sold back to the platform via the Buyback option is immediately returned to the active item pool and eligible for continued draws by all Repackz players.
