At Collectibles.com, we want every user to have a great experience—but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

🕒 48-Hour Window

If you’d like to request a refund, we ask that you do so within 48 hours of the original purchase. After this period, refund requests may no longer be eligible.

📱 Apple Subscriptions

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, refunds must be handled directly through Apple. Unfortunately, we can’t process or approve those refunds on our end due to Apple’s billing system.
